Jim proudly serves on Future Youth Record’s Board since 2022. With a career spanning 30 years and multiple sectors including the law, healthcare and entertainment Jim brings his expertise in artist marketing and branding to the advisory council.

Jim’s passion is helping young musicians “find their true voice” and providing them with the encouragement, advice and caring support they need to further develop their craft and succeed in their music career goals. Jim wholeheartedly shares in Future Youth’s vision to provide a platform for young musicians to speak their truth through their songs involving themes of social justice.

Jim presently works as a business development executive for Freight Farms the global leader in agricultural innovation technology.

A lifelong musician and father of two, Jim resides in his native Boston, Massachusetts.
