Think Peace for Ukraine
In light of the violence and human rights abuses happening in the Russo-Ukrainian War, Future Youth Records is campaigning to produce, promote, and distribute music by youth in support of those impacted by the conflict. During this campaign we will:
Produce, promote, and distribute songs by youth advocating for peace in Ukraine (use the form below to submit your demo for consideration)
Feature select songs by youth advocating for peace in Ukraine on our social media channels (details below)
Youth can send video clips of themselves performing a song advocating for peace in Ukraine through direct message on Instagram. We will select clips to promote on our social media channels. Please send a second message including the lyrics used in your clip so we can feature them in the post if your clip is selected. Any clips with songs unrelated to peace in Ukraine will be deleted. Please note that sending us a song through social media is for promotion only and does NOT count as a demo submission for our team to produce and distribute your song.
Demo Submission Information
FYR staff will listen to submissions and decide which songs our world-class team can produce, distribute, and promote at no cost to you, the artist. Members of our team have credits to Prince and The Revolution, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, Michael Franti, Machine Gun Kelly, French Montana, Jonas Brothers, Jojo, and Juice WRLD. Artists will retain all rights to their songs.
The deadline to submit a song for release this year is May 31st, 2022 at 5PM PT (Pacific Time).

Requirements
Only songs written by youth aged 16-24 at the time of submission will be considered.
Songs must be related to peace in Ukraine to be considered for release as part of this campaign. You can submit songs about other social justice issues here.
We only accept unreleased songs. Make sure you send us a private streaming link on Soundcloud and include the full lyrics in the song description. If the song is in a language other than English, we will need a translation of your lyrics to English.
Please note:
We do not accept submissions outside of this form. Music sent to us by other means (i.e. social media, email, and mail) will not be considered for release. This ensures that we have the information we need to decide if a song fits our requirements and that we don’t miss any submissions.
Because we receive a high volume of submissions, we cannot notify every person who sends us their demo about our decision or provide feedback. We will only contact you if we are interested in producing your song, and we cannot currently estimate when that will occur. Thank you for understanding.
